1. Collaborate closely with the Buyer during buying campaigns to curate an assortment that aligns with global strategy, including selection, quantities, and store-specific assortments.
2. Prepare and compile weekly Excel reports to analyze sales and KPIs, supporting action plans to optimize business performance.
3. Monitor market trends within the luxury sector.
4. Communicate and partner with the Retail team to meet business needs and achieve annual sales targets.
5. Manage reorders and inter-store transfers.
6. Execute proactive consolidations to ensure profitability and market satisfaction.
7. Monitor and process seasonal price adjustments.
8. Assist with product flow and pricing for outlets.
9. Provide support for ad-hoc projects.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in buying roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

2. Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capability.
3. Ability to maintain a positive work environment while upholding brand values.
4. Business acumen.
5. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation.
6. Knowledge of fashion industry and market trends.
7. Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.

12. Ability to travel.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $75,000 USD to $80,000 USD.
