BalenciagaAssistant Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the store.
- Support the Store Manager and lead the Department Managers in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Support the Store Manager in creating a motivated and competent team.
- Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are executed consistently.
- Develop clienteling mindset and client loyalty.
- Build a network to promote client loyalty, especially with VIC and VVICs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Ensure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the store.
- Support Store Manager in managing inventories and warehouse stock.
- Challenge and improve current processes for growth and efficiency.
- Supervise team planning.
- Commitment to take part in an innovative project.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail.
- Successful managerial experience of a team.
- High sensitivity to clients' experience and loyalty.
- Precision, organizational skills, adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Product and fashion sensitivity.
- Mastering digital skills.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, with significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
