Balenciaga Assistant Store Manager

- Lead Department Managers and store sales team to achieve sales and KPIs goals, ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
- Promote brand engagement to clients to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Act as a representative of the Store Manager, executing tasks from HQ and Store Manager.
- Assist in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted goals and lead Department Managers.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, attracting and developing talent.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Develop clienteling mindset and foster client loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Manage inventory activities and report discrepancies.
- Supervise team planning and improve processes to ensure efficiency.
- Commitment to participate in innovative projects.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Proven managerial experience with a team, including goal setting and delegation.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Precision and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and openness.
- Strong listening abilities and curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Product and fashion sensitivity.
- Proficiency in digital skills.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within luxury goods or retail.
