1. Lead the store and sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company processes and guidelines.
2. Promote brand engagement to clients to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, maximizing the store's potential.
3. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
4. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.
5. Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values, and support talent recruitment and development.
6. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally, and ensuring consistent client experiences.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements, and support inventory management and process improvement.

1. Significant experience in team management, store management, and luxury product sales.
2. Strong social skills, listening ability, and a sense of responsibility.
3. Service-oriented and persuasive with a customer portfolio and knowledge of local clients.
4. Fluent in German and English.
