Balenciaga Assistant Store Manager

- Lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales and KPI targets.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Develop and maintain robust business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, and operational functions.
- Support talent leadership by identifying, recruiting, and developing team members.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting brand culture and ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal process guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities and support process improvements for efficiency.
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record in luxury product sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Service-oriented with persuasive communication abilities.
- Established customer portfolio and understanding of local clientele.
- Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of fashion culture.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
