1. Maintain and update collection support materials.
2. Assist in preparing meetings with the Artistic Direction and organizing runway looks and their packaging.
3. Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collection development.
4. Organize and manage jewelry wear tests and normalization sessions with design, development, and production teams.
5. Oversee the reception, dispatch, and borrowing of prototypes, manage internal shoots, and assist in showroom preparation.

1. University degree or equivalent from a business or fashion school.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Previous experience in the fashion industry is appreciated.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
3. Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
4. Excellent communication skills.
