Balenciaga Area Retail Manager

- Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Taiwan retail network, translating global direction into local store initiatives.
- Support and supervise store leadership across multiple boutiques, acting as the visible management presence and primary escalation point.
- Monitor and analyse sales KPIs, traffic and conversion data to identify performance gaps and drive corrective action plans.
- Coach store managers and sales teams on luxury clienteling, visual merchandising standards and operational best practices.
- Coordinate stock allocation, replenishment and inventory controls to maximise sell‑through and minimise shrink.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, customer experience and retail visual identity across all stores.
- Produce regular commercial reports and present performance insights to regional and global stakeholders.
- Liaise with wholesale and e‑commerce teams to harmonise omnichannel initiatives and local promotional activity.
- Proven leadership with strong coaching and people‑management capabilities in a luxury retail environment.
- Advanced commercial acumen with demonstrable ability to read and act on KPIs and P&L drivers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across store, regional and headquarter teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple boutiques and competing priorities.
- Fluent business proficiency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English is highly desirable (preferred, not mandatory in source).

Extensive luxury retail experience with responsibility for multiple stores; typically 5+ years in retail with at least 2 years in multi‑store or area management positions, demonstrating consistent sales growth and team development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or equivalent professional experience preferred.
