1. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, impeccably professional welcome and managing guest flow.
2. Manage check-ins, reservations, waiting lists and accurate guest records to ensure a seamless customer journey.
3. Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and in person; resolve requests or escalate to the appropriate department.
4. Coordinate closely with sales, concierge and operations teams to personalise guest experiences and follow up on appointments.
5. Maintain the reception and entrance areas to brand visual and presentation standards, ensuring an immaculate first impression.
6. Operate point-of-sale and reservation systems, process payments and perform basic cash reconciliations as required.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance and demeanour.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly advantageous.
4. Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume, luxury environment with strong attention to detail.
5. Basic numeracy and experience with POS or reservation systems preferred.
6. Valid work authorization to work in the UAE.
