1. Lead end-to-end store design and rollout projects across the region, from concept development through handover and post-occupancy evaluation.
2. Manage project schedules, budgets and resources; drive milestone delivery and cost control while preserving brand quality standards.
3. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including retail operations, visual merchandising, buying, legal and property teams to ensure seamless implementation.
4. Select, contract and supervise external consultants, architects, contractors and specialist vendors; conduct site inspections and quality control.
5. Translate brand design briefs into technical drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with local building codes, health & safety and permitting requirements.
6. Prepare and present regular project reports, risk logs and change requests to senior management; institute corrective actions where required.
7. Oversee procurement of FF&E and technical installations and manage logistics for store openings, refits and seasonal rollouts.

1. Proven track record managing medium-to-large retail store design and fit-out projects in a multi-site environment.
2. Strong commercial acumen with experience controlling project budgets, forecasting costs and negotiating with suppliers.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multicultural teams and external partners.
4. Knowledge of local construction regulations, permitting processes and health & safety standards relevant to retail fit-outs.
5. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) or formal training in project management, architecture, interior design or construction management are advantageous.
