1. Prepare, label and pack outbound shipments of high-value goods to company and client standards.
2. Generate and verify export documentation, commercial invoices and customs paperwork in compliance with Swiss export regulations.
3. Coordinate and schedule pickups with domestic and international carriers; manage carrier relations and track shipments until delivery confirmation.
4. Inspect packaged goods for quality and completeness; ensure protective packing and handling procedures for fragile items.
5. Record and reconcile outbound inventory movements; update stock records and communicate discrepancies to warehouse and supply chain teams.
6. Maintain the shipping area and equipment, enforce workplace safety and security protocols for valuable merchandise.
7. Collaborate with purchasing, production and customer service to prioritise shipments and meet delivery deadlines.

1. Vocational diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain or transport (e.g., CFC) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years' operational experience in shipping/dispatch or outbound logistics; experience with high-value or luxury goods preferred.
3. Solid knowledge of export documentation and customs formalities.
4. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
5. Physical ability to handle packages and perform repetitive tasks; valid category B driving licence for occasional runs preferred.

Vocational diploma in logistics/transport or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CFC) or relevant on-the-job experience.
