- Oversee day-to-day store operational processes to ensure seamless customer experience and strict adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory control workflows including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage mitigation; coordinate with logistics and central warehouses.
- Produce and analyse operational and commercial reports (sales, stock KPIs, margins) to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with merchandising, visual, marketing and store teams to execute product launches, floor moves and promotional events.
- Maintain and optimise point-of-sale and back‑office procedures; act as first line for system issues and liaise with IT/ERP teams for resolution.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and on‑the‑job training for store teams on operational protocols and loss‑prevention best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes, reduce costs and enhance store productivity.
- 2+ years of retail operations or store management experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes and deliver against operational KPIs in a multi-store environment.
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into operational actions and process improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders across commercial and store teams.

Minimum two years’ hands‑on experience in retail operations, store logistics or retail project coordination; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
