Audemars Piguet Retail Operations Specialist

- Manage day-to-day store operations across assigned locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, store SOPs and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management processes including stock transfers, replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage control to optimise availability and minimise loss.
- Produce and analyse regular retail performance reports and KPIs (sales, conversion, AUR, sell-through) to inform commercial decisions and stock allocation.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities with warehousing and third‑party carriers to guarantee timely deliveries and accurate stock records.
- Act as the primary liaison between retail stores and commercial/merchandising teams to implement product launches, promotions and seasonal rollouts.
- Support store teams with POS operations, cash handling procedures, compliance audits and loss-prevention initiatives.
- Deliver training and coaching to store staff on operational processes, reporting tools and best practices to elevate executional consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, supply chain or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury goods, fashion retail or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to translate sales and inventory data into operational action plans and to drive measurable store performance improvements.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience managing multi-site operational priorities and competing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and familiarity with retail compliance, cash security and loss‑prevention procedures.
