Audemars Piguet Quality Development Coordinator

- Coordinate and animate quality development initiatives across R&D, production and suppliers to improve product reliability and conformity.
- Lead root-cause analyses (8D/RCFA) and follow through on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closure.
- Monitor quality KPIs, compile trend analyses and present findings to the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Support validation, incoming inspection and product release activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving workshops and continuous improvement (PDCA) projects.
- Assist in preparation and execution of internal and supplier quality audits.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, non-conformance records and technical reports.
- Provide on-the-job training and quality awareness sessions for production and assembly teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, materials science, quality management, horology or a related technical discipline; advanced vocational diploma acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and PDCA.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and product life-cycle processes.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency with data-driven problem solving.
- Fluent in French is advantageous for local coordination; English for cross-border communication is beneficial.

Entry-level: 0–2 years of practical experience in quality or manufacturing environments. Relevant internships, apprenticeships or project work in precision manufacturing or watchmaking are acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, quality management, horology, or equivalent vocational qualification.
