Audemars Piguet Logistics Intern
An established Swiss luxury watch Maison based in Le Locle, operating within the high-end watchmaking sector and connected to the global luxury ecosystem. The employer combines artisanal craftsmanship with industrial-scale production and maintains rigorous standards for quality, traceability and supplier coordination.
- Support daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch under the supervision of the Logistics Coordinator.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy across finished goods and components.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system and produce routine logistics reports and KPIs.
- Prepare shipping documentation, collaborate with carriers and ensure compliance with export/import procedures and customs requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of lean warehousing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise flow and reduce waste.
- Coordinate material flows with production, procurement and quality teams to meet assembly schedules.
- Adhere to health, safety and security procedures within the warehouse and contribute to workplace organisation (5S).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and stock control.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically under supervision in a structured manufacturing environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across production, procurement and external partners.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship as required by the academic programme and employer.

Enrolled in a university or technical school programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent.
