Audemars Piguet Internal Control Coordinator — Supply Chain & Customer Service

- Design, document and maintain the internal control framework for end-to-end supply chain and customer service processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and warehousing.
- Perform risk assessments, control testing and process mapping; identify control gaps and drive corrective actions with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Logistics, Production, Customer Service, Finance).
- Prepare and present control reports, KPI dashboards and findings to operational management and internal audit; track remediation plans to completion.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to supply chain, inventory and customer service operations.
- Develop and deliver training and communication to operational teams on control requirements, process changes and compliance expectations.
- Support ERP and continuous-improvement projects by advising on control design, testing scripts and data validation routines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certification desirable (CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) or demonstrable internal-audit/controls training.
- Solid understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and audit methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment) and customer-service operations.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in internal control, internal audit, compliance or risk roles with specific exposure to supply chain, inventory and customer-service processes; experience in manufacturing or luxury goods preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline; master’s degree or professional audit/controls certification preferred.
