Audemars Piguet HR Administrator

- Administer end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract issuance, changes of status and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to process monthly payroll inputs, statutory contributions, leave and expense reconciliations
- Manage leave, attendance and absence records; process statutory leave requests and related documentation
- Prepare routine HR reports and headcount data for People team and business stakeholders
- Support local compliance with employment regulations and assist with audits or external inspections
- Serve as operational point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR queries and administrative matters
- Collaborate with talent acquisition and learning teams to ensure smooth operational handover for new hires
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Solid working knowledge of employment administration and local labour legislation
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professional integrity
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience liaising with multiple stakeholders (HR, finance, external vendors)

Minimum 2–4 years of progressive HR administrative experience, ideally within a multinational, retail or luxury environment; demonstrable exposure to HRIS management, payroll coordination and local labour compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
