- Define and execute the brand content strategy across digital, social, editorial and print channels to elevate heritage and product storytelling.
- Conceptualise and produce high‑quality creative assets (photo, video, long‑form editorial) in collaboration with internal creative teams and external agencies.
- Lead art direction for campaigns and photoshoots, briefing photographers, stylists and production teams to ensure aesthetic coherence and technical excellence.
- Oversee content production schedules, budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Communications, Retail and Digital teams to align content with launches, editorial calendars and market activations.
- Measure content performance using analytics and KPIs, iterate on formats and channels to optimise engagement and conversion.
- Mentor junior content producers and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain a unified creative vision.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating luxury brand storytelling across photography, video and long‑form editorial.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage internal teams and external agencies.
- Excellent editorial judgement, visual sensibility and knowledge of luxury aesthetics.
- Track record of managing production budgets, schedules and multi‑market content rollouts.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate product expertise into compelling narratives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Visual Arts, Film/Media or equivalent professional experience.
