- Execute dial termination and finishing operations in the Atelier Cadrans according to technical drawings and production orders.
- Perform surface treatments, polishing, brushing, lacquering and decorative finishes using manual tools and micro-machinery.
- Mount and secure indices, hands or other dial components with micrometric precision.
- Conduct in-process and final quality controls using microscopes and metrology instruments; document traceability and non-conformities.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for dial finishing; follow preventive maintenance schedules and report malfunctions.
- Collaborate with production planners and quality teams to meet daily output targets while ensuring compliance with watchmaking tolerances and cleanliness protocols.
- Vocational diploma in watchmaking, micro-mechanics, precision mechanics or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven ability to work under a microscope and perform fine manual assembly with excellent visual acuity and steady hands.
- Knowledge of surface finishing techniques, adhesives and handling of delicate components.
- Familiarity with inspection tools (visual microscope, calipers, micrometers) and basic metrology.
- Strong adherence to cleanliness, traceability and quality documentation procedures.
