1. Execute dial termination and finishing operations in the Atelier Cadrans according to technical drawings and production orders.

4. Conduct in-process and final quality controls using microscopes and metrology instruments; document traceability and non-conformities.

1. Vocational diploma in watchmaking, micro-mechanics, precision mechanics or equivalent technical qualification.
2. Proven ability to work under a microscope and perform fine manual assembly with excellent visual acuity and steady hands.
3. Knowledge of surface finishing techniques, adhesives and handling of delicate components.
4. Familiarity with inspection tools (visual microscope, calipers, micrometers) and basic metrology.
