- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to affluent and VIP clientele, building long-term relationships and client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of seasonal collections.
- Develop and maintain an active client portfolio using clienteling techniques and CRM to manage appointments, follow-ups and post-sale care.
- Curate in-store presentations and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Manage transactions, stock movement, and basic administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures.
- Coordinate client events, private appointments and trunk shows in collaboration with the store management and marketing teams.
- Provide timely reporting on client trends, feedback and sales performance to support commercial strategy.
- Proven track record of sales success within luxury retail or premium fashion (typically 3+ years).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage high-net-worth clients and secure repeat business.
- Strong commercial acumen, targets orientation and experience using clienteling methodologies.
- Polished presentation and professional demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak sale periods.
- Clienteling and VIP relationship management

Mid-level candidate with approximately 3–5 years of hands-on luxury retail experience, including demonstrable success managing a personal client base and meeting sales KPIs. Experience in a flagship or high-volume boutique environment is advantageous.
High school diploma required; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
