- Own day‑to‑day brand operations across wholesale and retail channels, ensuring consistent application of brand standards at point of sale.
- Coordinate commercial roll‑outs and product launches, managing timelines, stock allocations and launch logistics with supply chain and retail teams.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and After‑Sales to align demand planning, inventory replenishment and promotional activity.
- Define and monitor operational KPIs (stock turn, sell‑through, allocation accuracy) and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors (distributors, logistics providers, store partners) to secure service level agreements and adherence to brand policy.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to optimise distribution, reduce lead times and improve retail execution standards.
- Control operational budgets and support commercial forecasting and assortment planning.
- Proven operational experience within luxury goods or premium retail—preferably in watches or jewellery.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in inventory management, allocation and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and international partners.
- Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel and experience producing actionable commercial reports.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple launches and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English; working knowledge of French is highly advantageous.

Approximately 5+ years of progressive experience in brand, retail or commercial operations within the luxury sector, with proven responsibility for launches, distribution coordination and cross‑border retail support.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree or specialised luxury management training preferred.
