Alaïa Worldwide Client Engagement Assistant

- Support the global client engagement team in day-to-day operations and client-facing activities across wholesale, boutiques and direct channels.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM; segment databases for targeted communications and VIP outreach.
- Draft, localize and dispatch client communications including invitations, newsletters and personalised follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics for client events, private appointments and digital consultations in collaboration with boutiques and the events team.
- Prepare regular reports and KPI dashboards on client activity, campaign performance and follow-up actions for the Head of Client Engagement.
- Provide high-touch after-sales support and assist with client requests, including product enquiries, availability checks and special commissioning processes.
- Ensure absolute discretion and compliance with data protection standards in all client interactions.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Professional discretion, cultural sensitivity and a client-centric mentality suitable for high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Previous internship or up to one year of practical experience in client services, luxury retail, CRM or events coordination is preferred but not mandatory for candidates in an alternance programme.
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
