1. Welcome and build long-term relationships with clients as an ambassador of the Maison.
2. Engage in CRM activities and personalized reach-out campaigns.
3. Capture client data and maintain familiarity with customer portfolios.
4. Provide excellent customer service and enhance business performance.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to increase sales.
6. Participate in trainings and commercial activities.
7. Maintain store environment and inform management of any repair needs.
8. Implement store and back of house management guidelines.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable service.
10. Comply with Richemont policies and standards.

1. Previous experience in retail sales and operations.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
4. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
5. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly.

Previous experience in retail sales and operations is required.

Expected hourly range: $24-$28. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
