Alaïa Stock Manager

- Act as a brand ambassador for Maison Alaïa within the boutique, ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Oversee the receipt, quantitative and qualitative control, and storage of merchandise deliveries in alignment with business priorities.
- Manage product replenishment between the sales floor and stockroom in collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor merchandise movement according to store or operational instructions, adhering to internal procedures for transfers, returns, markdowns, after-sales, loans, stock removals, and remote sales.
- Maintain an accurate and organized inventory at all times, supervising the planning, organization, preparation, and execution of regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Develop and share ideas to enhance stock organization, improve the use of IT tools, and increase overall efficiency.
- Control costs associated with logistics partners, including delivery services.
- Provide weekly reports on stock efficiency to Retail HQ.
- Ensure the stockroom complies with hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Educate boutique staff on stock management rules and standards.
- Supervise and develop a stock assistant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in stock management within the luxury sector.
- Ability to work in a demanding boutique environment and multitask effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of boutique operational management and back-office functions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and responsiveness in daily operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
At least 3 years of experience in luxury stock management is required.
