- Analyze, manage, and drive all business aspects by client, category, channel, and store.
- Develop, present, and execute strategic actions to enhance sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Ensure strategic brand objectives are executed online and in stores.
- Manage and negotiate open-to-buy budgets to meet sales targets.
- Optimize sales and margin by managing sales and inventory throughout the network.
- Cultivate relationships with GMMs, DMMs, buyers, planners, and store leadership to inform key business actions.
- Present collections in market and oversee order management.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable to monitor shipping and invoicing.
- Manage DSA and Business Manager programs at various points of sale.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising on adherence to internal guidelines and Maison image standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive wholesale business across all channels.
- Oversee the growth and development of Junior Account Executives on the wholesale team.
- 10+ years of experience in a luxury fashion company
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Passion for exceeding goals and driving business success
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and retail math

A minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in a luxury fashion company is required.
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
Expected salary range: $120,000 - $140,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
