- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Increase average basket size in quantity and value
- Develop cross-selling opportunities
- Cultivate exceptional client relationships with international clients
- Establish action plans to increase and develop client base
- Participate in client events and resolve client issues
- Represent the highest standards of Alaïa's client experience
- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards
- Participate in team meetings, inventory counts, and daily operations
- Manage cashier duties and pre-orders
- Maintain product knowledge and follow grooming standards
- Relevant experience in luxury fashion or accessories
- RTW oriented, experience in Haute Couture is advantageous
- Experience in pinning a dress for alterations is a plus
- Strong sales techniques and clienteling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm and friendly personality
- Fluent in English, a second language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
Must have a strong client base and relevant experience in luxury fashion or accessories.
