Alaïa Senior Sales Advisor

- Represent the Alaïa brand by embodying its values, history, and identity.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert presentation of collections and products.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a prestigious local and international clientele using proven clienteling expertise.
- Build and manage a robust client portfolio, personalizing each interaction including VIP visits, phone calls, and private appointments.
- Proactively analyze key performance indicators (sales, CRM) to achieve boutique objectives.
- Ensure boutique presentation aligns with Alaïa's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in stock management in accordance with internal procedures.
- Assist in preparing detailed daily sales reports with the store manager.
- Proven significant experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury fashion sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, proactivity, and strong team spirit.
- Sensitivity to art, design, and a pronounced fashion and haute couture culture.
- Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are appreciated.
Significant and successful experience as a Sales Advisor in a luxury fashion boutique.
