1. Monitor data cleansing and preparation activities for the Gemini Project.
2. Lead cutover preparations and ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
3. Develop process flows and training materials for new joiners in retail and wholesale.
4. Support business requirements gathering and data migration activities.
5. Create, invoice, and place wholesale orders and re-orders.
6. Manage product allocations, deliveries, and resolve order-related claims.
7. Update customer and product master data in SAP.
8. Manage return to vendor processes and payment issues.
9. Share weekly reports and updates with commercial and supply chain teams.
10. Participate in continuous improvement projects like SAP and RPA.

1. Strong experience in operations, sales administration, and supply chain.
2. Experience in the luxury fashion environment is ideal.

1. Process-oriented with strong initiative and organizational skills.
2. Fluent in English; Arabic speakers preferred.
3. Knowledge of SAP (SD) and Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
