- Monitor and support data cleansing and preparation activities for the Gemini Project in the Middle East.
- Lead cutover preparations, ensuring smooth execution of activities such as cycle counts, stock labeling, and inventory accuracy.
- Develop process flows and training materials for new retail and wholesale joiners, providing feedback throughout the project phases.
- Support cutover execution and track activities to ensure minimal impact on boutique operations during Go-Live.
- Gather business requirements with BPOs and support functional specifications.
- Assist in data migration activities and change management in the region.
- Participate in testing sessions and train end-users on processes and tools.
- Serve as the key contact for business users during stabilization and execute cutover tasks.
- Create, invoice, and place wholesale orders and re-orders.
- Manage new partner and account creation on SAP with accurate information.
- Collect and update product master data to comply with local regulations.
- Ensure product allocations, track deliveries, and resolve order or delivery claims.
- Manage return to vendor processes and address payment issues with the accounting team.
- Share weekly reports with commercial teams and delivery updates with partners' supply chain teams.
- Formalize and update business procedures and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Support stores with system admin tasks such as vendor creations, extensions, PO creations, and GR confirmations.
- Strong experience in operations, sales administration, and supply chain, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
- Fluency in English is required, with Arabic language skills preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP (SD) and Microsoft Office.
- Process-oriented with strong initiative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
Demonstrated experience in operations, sales administration, and supply chain within the luxury fashion industry is essential.
