1. Control and validate material/component information sheets with developers.
2. Ensure effective communication and information sharing between teams, adhering to processes and style requests.
3. Monitor development and production cycles, intervening as necessary in collaboration with development teams.
4. Participate in technical fittings to update nomenclatures according to style demands.
5. Create new suppliers in Orli and SAP software.
6. Prepare and track pre-purchase and purchase schedules, ensuring budget adherence.
7. Enter material sheets in Orli (prior to PLM), maintain updates, and ensure content accuracy.
8. Make reservations or pre-purchases based on commercial information, monitor progress, and create alerts during sales if necessary.
9. Purchase materials, components, and packaging post-sales closure for restocks, capsules, and other projects.
10. Negotiate prices, volumes, and delivery terms with material suppliers.
11. Determine priorities and material arrival dates, coordinating with OL.
12. Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and regularly update the material and component arrival schedule.
13. Oversee invoicing processes.
14. Ensure the quality of ordered materials aligns with issued dossiers before re-shipment.
15. Manage non-conformities.
16. Oversee stock management, including digital updates and inventory supervision.
17. Ensure creation, updating, dissemination, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
18. Organize and prepare material tests.
19. Conduct and analyze supplier performance reviews.
20. Conduct and analyze end-of-season delivery status reports.

1. Significant experience in a fashion house with a strong understanding of Italian and French manufacturers.
