Alaïa Financial Controller - Consolidation & Planning

- Develop and implement the Consolidation & Planning function within Maison Alaïa.
- Coordinate budget processes and monthly reporting with central and regional teams.
- Consolidate profit and loss statements by region, distribution channel, and category.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses for various departments.
- Facilitate budget phases and closures, ensuring adherence to Group deadlines.
- Provide reliable financial data to accounting and the Group.
- Create performance analysis dashboards for France and regional teams.
- Analyze and monitor Group rules on allocations and analytical accounting.
- Construct elements for gross margin calculations and analyze margins by collection.
- Control stock levels centrally and regionally, managing stock depreciation rules.
- Consolidate cash components ensuring balance sheet coherence.
- Participate in data consolidation and integration into Group systems via Anaplan.
- Support Finance teams in defining budgetary guidelines and expectations.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities to secure Maison Alaïa's results.
- Prepare monthly sales, P&L, and cash reports.
- Define pricing for sales events while controlling margin impact.
- Support operational teams with ad-hoc studies and analyses.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Management Control/Finance/Audit.
- Six to seven years of successful experience in Management Control/Finance/Audit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP / Y2 / ORLIWEB is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
- Team spirit, adaptability, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Six to seven years of successful experience in Management Control, Finance, or Audit.
Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Management Control, Finance, or Audit.
