Financial Controller - Consolidation & Planning

Alaïa is a renowned fashion house known for its unique designs and craftsmanship. As part of the Richemont Group, Alaïa is expanding its operations and seeking talented individuals to join its team in Paris.

1. Participate in the development of the Consolidation & Planning function at Alaïa.
2. Coordinate budgets and monthly reporting with central and regional teams.
3. Consolidate P&L by region, distribution channel, and category.
4. Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses for various departments.
5. Lead budget phases and closures with headquarters and regions, ensuring adherence to Group deadlines.
6. Contribute to the provision of reliable financial data to accounting and the Group.
7. Develop performance analysis dashboards for France and regions.
8. Analyze and monitor Group rules on allocations and analytical accounting.
9. Construct elements necessary for gross margin calculations and analyze margins by collection.
10. Control stock levels centrally and regionally, managing stock depreciation.
11. Consolidate cash elements ensuring balance sheet coherence.
12. Participate in data consolidation and integration into Group systems via Anaplan.
13. Support Finance teams in defining guidelines for budget construction in P&L and Cash.
14. Anticipate risks and opportunities with central and regional teams.
15. Prepare monthly sales, P&L, and cash reports.
16. Define pricing for sales events while controlling margin impact.
17. Support operational teams with ad-hoc studies and analyses.

1. Degree from a Business or Engineering school, or equivalent with a specialization in Management Control/Finance/Audit.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP / Y2 / ORLIWEB is a plus.
3. Analytical skills, rigor, interpersonal skills, and organizational sense.
4. Team spirit, adaptability, curiosity, open-mindedness, and responsiveness.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

6 to 7 years of successful experience in Management Control/Finance/Audit.
