- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of building equipment, including HVAC, Air Handling Units, and Building Management Systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions or anomalies.
- Plan and coordinate interventions with specialized service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage employee requests related to general services, including technical issues, supplies, relocations, and access.
- Maintain an optimal working environment focusing on safety and ergonomics.
- Act as the primary contact for teams regarding improvements in working conditions.
- Participate in energy consumption optimization and waste management initiatives.
- Oversee service contracts and ensure the quality of services provided.
- Assist and advise internal teams on technical and logistical aspects.
- Conduct light and medium manual handling operations, including moving furniture and equipment, reorganizing workspaces, and managing deliveries and storage.
- Ensure the availability and good condition of logistical equipment.
- Assist in the setup and organization of internal events.
- Respond to emergencies requiring immediate action and be available for occasional evening or weekend work.
- Proficiency in HVAC, Air Handling Units, and Building Management Systems.
- Knowledge of building safety and maintenance standards.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience in facilities management and logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong service orientation and communication skills with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build consensus on facilities-related topics.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and adaptability.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury and fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Building Maintenance, Climate Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
