1. Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of building equipment, including HVAC, Air Handling Units, and Building Management Systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions or anomalies.
3. Plan and coordinate interventions with specialized service providers.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
5. Manage employee requests related to general services, including technical issues, supplies, relocations, and access.
6. Maintain an optimal working environment focusing on safety and ergonomics.
7. Act as the primary contact for teams regarding improvements in working conditions.
8. Participate in energy consumption optimization and waste management initiatives.
9. Oversee service contracts and ensure the quality of services provided.
10. Assist and advise internal teams on technical and logistical aspects.
11. Conduct light and medium manual handling operations, including moving furniture and equipment, reorganizing workspaces, and managing deliveries and storage.
12. Ensure the availability and good condition of logistical equipment.
13. Assist in the setup and organization of internal events.
14. Respond to emergencies requiring immediate action and be available for occasional evening or weekend work.

1. Proficiency in HVAC, Air Handling Units, and Building Management Systems.
2. Knowledge of building safety and maintenance standards.
3. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

1. Experience in facilities management and logistics.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
3. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
4. Strong service orientation and communication skills with internal and external teams.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and build consensus on facilities-related topics.
6. Attention to detail, autonomy, and adaptability.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury and fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Building Maintenance, Climate Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
