- Co-monitor the achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the boutique.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director on quarterly action plans to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting on sales, traffic, KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
- Support the effective operation of the boutique.
- Assist in team management to optimize performance and profitability.
- Communicate and motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Conduct team meetings and ensure awareness of targets and client experience best practices.
- Support the annual performance management process and provide feedback.
- Delegate operational activities and establish clear team responsibilities.
- Assist in providing training and coaching to drive success.
- Champion clienteling behaviors to drive a client-centric business.
- Elevate client experience in-store and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Define objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation.
- Leverage clienteling tools to achieve results and report on ROI.
- Research and negotiate local partnerships to acquire a luxury audience.
- Ensure compliance with group, Maison, and boutique policies.
- Monitor visual merchandising and maintain brand image.
- Supervise boutique back office and administration.
- Ensure boutique maintenance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Previous boutique management experience in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in line with ALAÏA’s values.
- Proactive and innovative approach to boutique and team management.
- Excellent presentation skills and brand ambassador qualities.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities.
- Strong customer service approach and CRM initiative skills.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are advantageous.
