1. Drive boutique sales to meet or exceed targets.
2. Identify growth opportunities and implement business action plans.
3. Build and develop a network of corporate partners to enhance visibility and sales.
4. Manage client relationships and motivate the team for client development.
5. Elevate in-store experience through exceptional client service.
6. Lead and coach the team on the Alaïa selling ceremony.
7. Champion clienteling activities for proactive client engagement.
8. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
9. Delegate operations activities and establish team responsibilities.
10. Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
11. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards.
12. Supervise boutique operations, including inventory and payroll.
13. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards.
14. Stay informed about competitors and trends in the luxury fashion market.
15. Develop partnerships and participate in local events.

1. At least 5 years’ experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong track record in sales, client development, and team management.

5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
