Alaïa Compensation and Benefits Manager

- Lead the design and operational implementation of the compensation and benefits policy across all regions.
- Serve as the liaison with the Group Compensation & Benefits team, providing expertise to HR Business Partners.
- Manage global budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating full-time equivalent (FTE) and payroll guidance to markets.
- Implement compensation and benefits policies as defined by the Maison and Richemont Group.
- Support markets and entities during salary reviews and other compensation processes, including bonuses and long-term incentives.
- Facilitate the performance evaluation process with key stakeholders, managing its impact on compensation.
- Execute the communication strategy on compensation in collaboration with the Group and markets.
- Conduct in-depth salary analyses to establish competitive benchmarks and inform compensation strategies.
- Evaluate the competitiveness of benefits and develop best practices with the Group and markets.
- Provide analysis and data to support optimal decision-making in compensation and personnel costs.
- Oversee international mobility strategy and practices in collaboration with Group HR.
- Lead ad-hoc compensation-related projects such as profit-sharing, commission schemes, and pay equity initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional projects, including job classification.
- Monitor HR indicators (turnover, headcount, etc.) and mandatory reports shared with employee representatives.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in social management control, labor law, and taxation.
- Strong organizational, autonomy, and proactive skills.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits systems.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and salary calculation and comparison methods at an international level.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (functions, formulas, macros) and modeling systems knowledge.
- Excellent relational and persuasive skills.
- Results-oriented with a team-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English.
8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in social management control, labor law, and taxation.
