Alaïa Client Engagement Assistant Intern

- Coordinate content integration for new collections in the clienteling application, including visuals and descriptions, while liaising with various teams.
- Contribute to the launch of new application features in collaboration with Richemont teams and manage boutique requests for enhancements.
- Develop training documents for boutiques and provide on-site support during training sessions.
- Participate in the development of the worldwide client communication calendar.
- Coordinate the creation of assets for newsletters and clienteling, working closely with the Image and Communication teams.
- Collaborate with external agencies for the execution of newsletter and clienteling campaigns, including briefing, follow-up, and scheduling.
- Create guidelines for boutiques and produce monthly reports on campaign KPIs.
- Provide daily support to boutiques, including access creation and bug tracking.
- Prepare presentation materials and conduct benchmarking as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field (Bac+4/Bac+5).
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Client Activation, Customer Experience, or Retail Operations.
- Versatility, pragmatism, proactivity, and dynamism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and reporting tools.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with clienteling applications and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 6 months in client activation, customer experience, or retail operations is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field (Bac+4/Bac+5).
