Alaïa Client Engagement Assistant Intern

- Assist in the management of global activation campaigns, including tracking the worldwide client communication calendar.
- Coordinate campaign assets such as visuals and translations, and collaborate with external agencies for campaign execution.
- Manage the clienteling and data capture application, contributing to the roadmap for new features in collaboration with Richemont teams.
- Oversee the testing and validation phases of new application features before launch and communicate updates to boutiques.
- Coordinate content integration for new collections within the application, including visuals, descriptions, and pricing.
- Create and analyze performance reports for the clienteling tool.
- Develop training documents for retail teams and provide support during training sessions.
- Offer daily support to boutiques, including access creation and issue resolution.
- Advanced degree in business or related field (Bac+4/Bac+5).
- Minimum of 6 months experience in CRM, client experience, or retail operations.
- Versatility, pragmatism, proactivity, and dynamism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and reporting tools.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with clienteling applications and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
A minimum of 6 months experience in customer relationship management, client experience, or retail operations is required.
Advanced degree in business or related field (Bac+4/Bac+5).
