- Drive boutique sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement business action plans.
- Develop a strong network of corporate partners and business contributors.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, managing client relationships.
- Elevate the in-store experience through exceptional client service.
- Coach the team on the Alaïa selling ceremony and clienteling activities.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Delegate operations activities and establish clear responsibilities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with the Maison’s policies and brand standards.
- Supervise boutique operations, including inventory and payroll.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Develop partnerships and participate in local events.
- At least 10 years’ experience in luxury retail.
- Strong track record in sales, client development, and team management.
- Dynamic and inspiring leadership.
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills.
- Expertise in delivering elevated client experiences.
- Solid understanding of the luxury fashion market.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in luxury retail, with proven success in sales, client development, and team management.
Expected salary range: $140,000 – $170,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
