- Oversee administrative tasks within the general services department, including request for quotes, issuance of purchase orders, invoice tracking, accounting follow-ups, and budget monitoring.
- Manage inventory for general services, including ordering supplies and equipment necessary for brand operations.
- Contribute to the upkeep of various sites and spaces, such as boutiques, offices, and meeting rooms.
- Assist in the operational management of events, including photoshoots, showrooms, and internal events.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a proactive and dynamic approach is essential.
Currently pursuing higher education.
