1. Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager for Benelux in daily activities.
2. Support 360° marketing activities including product management, trade marketing, e-retail, and public relations.
3. Monitor sales targets within the distribution network.
4. Develop and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness both online and offline.
5. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in analysis to ensure customer objectives are met.
6. Oversee sales support tools such as presentations and order forms.
7. Implement and develop customized trade marketing activations and provide ROI reporting.
8. Create presentations for new product launches and educational tools.
9. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to drive sales objectives.
10. Support the PR agency with activities in Benelux, including seeding and press releases.
11. Assist in reporting to the Global Headquarters to highlight local initiatives and results.
12. Manage customer orders and serve as the point of contact for order-related inquiries.

5. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
