- Provide professional consultation to local and international clients.
- Sell Acqua di Parma products, including fragrances, home scents, shaving items, and leather and travel collections.
- Contribute to the brand's establishment and growth.
- Monitor and manage counter performance through KPI analysis.
- Drive sales development at the counter.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure optimal product availability.
- Conduct customer retention activities and manage the CRM database.
- Present merchandise on-site and implement Acqua di Parma guidelines and standards.
- Operate the cash register and assist with inventory counts.
- Passion for sales and customer consultation.
- Experience in the perfumery sector (sales and consultation).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fragrance and luxury segment.
- Proficiency in German; additional languages are advantageous.

The collective agreement minimum salary is €33,068 gross per year for 38.5 hours per week, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
