1. Provide professional consultation to local and international clients.
2. Sell Acqua di Parma products, including fragrances, home scents, shaving items, and leather and travel collections.
3. Contribute to the brand's establishment and growth.
4. Monitor and manage counter performance through KPI analysis.
5. Drive sales development at the counter.
6. Manage inventory effectively to ensure optimal product availability.
7. Conduct customer retention activities and manage the CRM database.
8. Present merchandise on-site and implement Acqua di Parma guidelines and standards.
9. Operate the cash register and assist with inventory counts.

1. Passion for sales and customer consultation.
2. Experience in the perfumery sector (sales and consultation).
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the fragrance and luxury segment.
4. Proficiency in German; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills.

The collective agreement minimum salary is €33,068 gross per year for 38.5 hours per week, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
