- Oversee all aspects of the counter and business operations.
- Achieve and surpass sales and KPI targets.

- Complete weekly trade reporting, rotas, timesheets, and administrative duties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management.
- Manage and lead team members effectively.
- Drive CRM targets to expand the client base.
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong affinity for luxury retail environments.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Apps, Zoom, and Teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a preference for luxury fragrance sales.
