1. Assist in the operational implementation of the trade marketing plan.
2. Draft and dispatch animation and merchandising briefs to field teams.
3. Support the organization of in-store events and animations.
4. Manage orders for promotional materials and ensure proper reception, installation, and usage.
5. Create newsletters summarizing trade activities for the French market for HQ validation.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark best practices.
7. Develop merchandising recommendations, including planograms for department stores and independent retailers.
8. Monitor compliance with merchandising guidelines and brand image across various sales points.
9. Prepare e-retail texts and product listings for e-retailers.
10. Prepare and oversee clienteling campaigns and CRM initiatives.
11. Conduct social media competitive analysis.
12. Coordinate PR activities in collaboration with the PR agency, including product seeding and interviews.
13. Assist in the preparation of launch events and press days.

1. At least one experience in a marketing or field role.
2. Business School or similar educational background.
3. Luxury sensitivity with a client and service-oriented mindset.
4. Knowledge of the perfume and cosmetics industry is a plus.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with field teams and suppliers.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
4. Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
5. Rigorous and organized with strong project management skills.
6. Team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Beginner level experience in a marketing or field function.

Business School or similar.
