- Manage all aspects of the counter and business operations.
- Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Merchandise the counter and sites in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Complete weekly trade reporting, rotas, timesheets, and administrative duties.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with store management.
- Manage and lead team members.
- Drive and achieve CRM targets to expand the client base.
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong affinity for luxury retail environments.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Apps, Zoom, and Teams.
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-focused with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Confidence and influence at all levels.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in luxury fragrance sales.
