Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the counter and business.
- Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Merchandise the counter and sites in line with guidelines.
- Complete weekly trade reporting, rotas, timesheets, and all relevant administrative duties.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with store management.
- Manage team members.
- Drive and achieve CRM targets to grow the client base.
Qualifications
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization with a high affinity to luxury and understanding of the retail environment.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools (Apps, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, approachable, and a strong team player.

Experience Requirements
Preferred 1 year in retail management and 2 years in luxury fragrance sales.
