1. Achieve personal sales targets in alignment with brand retail strategy.
2. Maximize profitability while controlling costs.
3. Analyze missed sales opportunities with management to refine future projections.
4. Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients.
5. Develop action plans to achieve personal sales goals.
6. Ensure exceptional client service within and outside the boutique.
7. Maintain the boutique's appearance according to brand guidelines.
8. Assist in implementing new visual merchandising concepts.
9. Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients and VIPs.
10. Handle client complaints and coordinate repairs and after-sales matters.
11. Participate in stocktaking and manage inventory discrepancies.
12. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
13. Report opportunities and incidents to management.
14. Share ideas and practices to enhance boutique operations.
15. Participate in team training and development activities.

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Strong passion for luxury products and the brand.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English and at least one additional language, such as Mandarin.
5. Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask effectively.
