Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-departmental business transformation projects from conception to successful implementation.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure acceptance of new processes and systems, and to sustainably embed changes.
  • Quickly assimilate new topics and develop a deep understanding of the company's processes to create holistic solutions.
  • Prepare and present project status, results, and recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., production, sales, marketing) and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex business changes and process innovations, preferably in a medium-sized enterprise.

Skills

Extensive experience with various project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and MS Office. Strong analytical skills. Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented, structured approach. High level of initiative, responsibility, and results orientation. Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills across all hierarchical levels. Ability to clearly and concisely convey complex issues. Strong relationship-building skills across departments and hierarchical levels. Fluent in German and English.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in leading complex business transformation projects and process innovations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
