- Achieve personal sales targets in alignment with brand retail strategy and compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.
- Maximize profitability while controlling costs and minimizing expenses.
- Analyze missed sales opportunities to refine future sales strategies.
- Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure exceptional client service and brand representation within and outside the showroom.
- Maintain the salon's appearance and assist in visual merchandising implementation.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients and manage the CRM database.
- Handle client complaints and coordinate after-sales services.
- Participate in stocktaking and quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
- Report opportunities and incidents to management and share innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training and onboarding activities.
- 5+ years of experience in the luxury timepiece industry.
- Fluency in French and English; German is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours according to boutique schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to provide a luxury client experience.
A minimum of five years in the luxury timepiece sector, demonstrating expertise in sales and customer relationship management.
