1. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall success by implementing effective sales strategies.
2. Organize exclusive private viewings for VIP clients in the region.
3. Collaborate with the Assistant/Boutique Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Maintain the boutique's appearance and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine relationships with clients.
6. Handle client complaints with care and report product-related issues to management.
7. Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of CRM tools and retail strategies.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
