- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the boutique's fiscal objectives.
- Represent the brand professionally, adhering to group sales policies and operational regulations.
- Respond to client requests with attentiveness and adaptability, balancing brand initiatives and client expectations.
- Consistently meet or surpass individual and boutique monthly sales goals as directed by management.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, maintaining professionalism within and outside the boutique.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sales process in alignment with brand policies.
- Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
- Identify potential sales leads and conduct targeted follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.
- Participate in networking events to enhance brand exposure and generate traffic.
- Maintain CRM efficiency, building long-lasting client relationships.
- Communicate professionally with clients via telephone, email, and SMS.
- Maintain an organized business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continued learning.
- Analyze client data to generate sales and build lasting relationships.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events.
- Adhere to Richemont and A. Lange und Söhne's social media and communication guidelines.
- Maintain professional attire and language within the boutique and during official business.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in the timepiece industry
- Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills
- Availability and flexibility to adapt to boutique schedule changes
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Secondary language proficiency is advantageous
- Luxury client experience expertise

A minimum of 5 years in the timepiece industry is required, showcasing expertise in luxury sales and client management.

Salary range: $25 - $28 per hour, determined by relevant skills and experience.
