- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through an exclusive brand experience.
- Represent the brand professionally in compliance with group sales policies and procedures.
- Respond to client requests with attentiveness and versatility.
- Balance local brand initiatives, manufacturing deliveries, and client expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Provide exceptional client experiences with courtesy and professionalism.
- Lead and manage all steps of the sales process according to brand policy.
- Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up.
- Participate in networking events to generate traffic and brand exposure.
- Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
- Maintain a precise business schedule, including tasks and appointments.
- Analyze client data to generate sales opportunities.
- Capture accurate client data to build lasting relationships.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to management.
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Adhere to social media and communication guidelines.
- Maintain professional attire and language within the boutique.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in the timepiece industry.
- Critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
- Availability and flexibility to adapt to boutique schedule changes.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Secondary language proficiency is a plus.
- Luxury client experience understanding.
- Strong CRM background.
- Professional communication skills.
- Sales negotiation and objection handling.
- Networking and relationship building.
A minimum of 5 years in the timepiece industry is required.
Bachelor's degree.
Expected salary range: $25-$27 per hour, determined by relevant skills and experience.
