1. Conduct performance analysis to establish a data-driven environment aimed at maximizing profitability and growth in retail operations.
2. Provide comprehensive insights into retail performance to support strategic decision-making and action plans.
3. Propose structured analyses of performance metrics, including products, productivity, distribution channels, and customer behavior, to inform market leader discussions.
4. Monitor market-specific targets and ensure data accuracy across all systems and platforms.
5. Offer first-level support to boutique managers and promote long-term improvements in data quality.
6. Collaborate with Data Analytics and Business Planning teams to streamline and enhance data quality and availability.
7. Initiate automation processes for data availability and presentation.
8. Monitor secondary markets and report on event performance.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving commercial growth through data-driven recommendations.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP, and SQL.
2. Strong analytical and observational skills.
3. Ability to connect with others empathetically and authentically.
4. Understanding of the luxury retail market.

2-3 years of applied experience in data analysis or related business areas.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Science, Statistics, or a related field.
