1. Support project management for internal and external boutique openings.
2. Act as a communication interface with entities, service providers, and suppliers across Europe for new retail projects.
3. Administer billing processes and order creation for events, Christmas activations, POS materials, boutique elements, and visual merchandising materials.
4. Plan, control, and manage inventory for marketing materials and order management.
5. Communicate with boutiques regarding headquarters inquiries and provide general support for boutique requests and needs.
6. Assist with special projects.
7. Support a consistent brand presence at the Point of Sale (POS) in boutiques.
8. Implement visual merchandising waves according to marketing headquarters' guidelines, including project management with internal and external partners.
9. Serve as a communication partner for A. Lange & Söhne boutiques in Europe regarding visual merchandising.
10. Conduct visual merchandise checks, documentation, and reporting.

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Initial relevant professional experience on the agency or corporate side, preferably in the luxury or premium brand sector.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is advantageous.
