- Support the Operations Manager and Retail Executives in organizing retail operations.
- Maintain a clean and efficient back office through archiving and e-archiving.
- Monitor and follow up on after-sales service for client and boutique stock.
- Ensure accurate monthly stock management of watches and accessories.
- Coordinate stock replenishment requests and follow-ups with Retail Executives.
- Familiarize with and adhere to retail policies and procedures, including invoicing and back-office processes.
- Manage documents filing, including invoices, transfers, consignments, and cash collections.
- Generate and manage invoices, deposits, and sales in the Dare system, updating folders on the G-drive.
- Maintain sufficient stock of marketing materials and corporate gifts, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Process claims and returns in compliance with Richemont procedures.
- Ensure all sales paperwork is managed and audited bi-weekly.
- Order and manage accessory stocks, coordinating with HQ for timely replenishments.
- Manage TA renewal pieces to avoid delays and penalties, informing Sales Associates in advance.
- Support the Operations Manager with ad-hoc projects and updates related to the Gemini system.
- Coordinate consignment of ATA carnet for events and photoshoots from the BTQ Dare system.
- Ensure hassle-free stock replenishment of valuables and accessories in accordance with HQ guidelines.
- Coordinate with the marketing department on boutique maintenance, ensuring high standards of appearance.
- Manage boutique supplies, ensuring sufficient stock and informing the Retail OPS Manager accordingly.
- Oversee the storage and archiving of old folders.
- Familiarity with retail policies and procedures.
- Experience in stock management and replenishment processes.
- Knowledge of invoicing and back-office procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail management systems such as the Dare system.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail in administrative tasks and documentation.
Previous experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
